Frequently asked questions
Why do the photo and logo need a link?
Email programs strip images pasted directly into a signature or send them as attachments. An image that is already online, on your website or a public link, shows up correctly for everyone.
Will the signature look the same in every email program?
Very close. It uses tables, inline styles and web-safe fonts, which Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail respect. Rounded corners and the round photo may appear square in classic Outlook for Windows.
Are my details stored?
Only in this browser, so you can come back and edit them. Nothing is sent to our server; use Clear to remove them.
