Open Graph Generator
When a link is shared, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Slack and X build the preview card from the Open Graph tags of the page. Fill in the title, description and image, see the card as it will appear, and copy the tags. The tool warns you when the image is missing or too small.

How to use it
- Enter the title, description and full address of the page.
- Paste the address of the share image (1200 × 630 pixels is ideal) and check the Facebook and X previews.
- Copy the tags into the <head> of the page. After publishing, use each network's sharing debugger to refresh its cache.
Frequently asked questions
What size should the og:image be?
Use 1200 × 630 pixels (a 1.91:1 ratio), the size Facebook and LinkedIn recommend for large cards; X crops large cards to 2:1. Keep important text away from the edges, and use a full https:// address.
Do I need separate Twitter (X) tags?
Only twitter:card. X reads og:title, og:description and og:image when its own tags are missing, so the tool adds just the card type and, if you want, your @username.
I changed the tags but the old preview still shows. Why?
Social networks cache the card for days. Open the Facebook Sharing Debugger or the LinkedIn Post Inspector, paste the address and ask them to fetch the page again.
