The newton millimetre (N·mm) is a unit of torque equal to one thousandth of a newton metre (0.001 N·m). It is used in micro-mechanics, watchmaking, dental instruments, and miniature servo motors where extremely small torque values must be precisely specified. One newton millimetre equals 0.1 newton centimetres.
