Grain per Gallon (UK) — Clark Degree

Grain per imperial gallon, also known as the Clark degree (°Clark), is a unit of water hardness historically used in the United Kingdom and British Commonwealth countries. One Clark degree equals one grain (64.8 mg) of calcium carbonate per imperial gallon (4.546 liters), equivalent to approximately 14.25 mg/L. It was the standard water hardness unit in Britain before the adoption of milligrams per liter.

Kilogram per Cubic Meter

The kilogram per cubic meter (kg/m³) is the SI derived unit of density, defined as the mass in kilograms of a substance occupying one cubic meter of volume. It is the standard unit used in scientific and engineering contexts worldwide. The density of dry air at standard conditions is approximately 1.225 kg/m³, while water is about 1000 kg/m³
