Deciwatt
The deciwatt (dW) is a unit of power equal to one tenth of a watt (10−1 W), using the SI prefix deci-. It is not widely used in standard engineering practice, where watts and milliwatts are more common for the corresponding power range. Small electronic components and low-power LED emitters may be conveniently described using the deciwatt scale.
