Centimeter of mercury

The centimeter of mercury (cmHg) is a manometric unit of pressure equal to 10 millimeters of mercury, or approximately 1,333.22 pascals. It is defined as the pressure exerted by a 1 cm column of mercury at 0 °C under standard gravity. While less common than mmHg, it appears in some older medical and scientific literature.

Pascal

The pascal (Pa) is the SI derived unit of pressure, defined as one newton per square metre (N/m²). It was adopted by the General Conference on Weights and Measures in 1971 and named after the French mathematician and physicist Blaise Pascal. Standard atmospheric pressure is approximately 101,325 Pa, and it is widely used in science, engineering, and meteorology.
