Kilowatt/Meter/K

The kilowatt per metre per kelvin (kW/(m·K)) equals 1000 W/(m·K). It is used for highly thermally conductive materials such as pure metals and diamond (diamond ~2200 W/(m·K) ≈ 2.2 kW/(m·K)). Convenient for comparing extremely high-conductivity materials in engineering.

Watt/Meter/K

The watt per metre per kelvin (W/(m·K)) is the SI unit of thermal conductivity. It represents the rate of heat transfer through a material of unit thickness per unit area per unit temperature gradient. Copper has a value of ~400 W/(m·K) while insulation materials have values below 0.1 W/(m·K).
