Pascal Second

The pascal second (Pa·s) is the SI unit of dynamic viscosity. It measures a fluid's resistance to deformation under shear stress. Water has a dynamic viscosity of about 1 mPa·s (1 centipoise) at 20°C, while honey is approximately 2–10 Pa·s.

Kilopoise

The kilopoise (kP) is a unit of dynamic viscosity equal to 1000 poise or 100 Pa·s. It is used for very high-viscosity materials such as polymer melts, heavy residual oils, and bitumen in processing and materials science.
