Organise PDF Pages

Organise PDF pages online: drag to reorder, rotate or remove pages, see thumbnails and save the new PDF. Free, private, nothing is uploaded.

The file is read by your browser and is not sent anywhere. No upload, no storage.

What it does

This tool shows every page of a PDF as a thumbnail so you can put them in the order you want, turn the ones that are sideways and remove the ones you do not need, then save a new PDF. Everything happens in your browser: the file is never uploaded, which makes it safe for contracts, bank statements and other private documents.

How to use it

  1. Choose the PDF. The thumbnails of the pages appear in a moment.
  2. Drag the pages, or use the arrows, to change the order. Use the buttons on each page to rotate it or remove it.
  3. Press Save PDF to download the organised file.

Frequently asked questions

Are bookmarks and form fields kept?
No. The new PDF is built from the pages in the order you chose, which keeps the content of every page exactly as it was, but not the bookmarks, the table of contents links or fillable form fields, which point to the old order. Fill in the form before organising it.

Is the quality of the pages reduced?
No. The pages are copied as they are: text, images and drawings keep their original quality. The thumbnails are only a preview.

Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Press and drag a page by its handle to move it, or use the arrows below each page, which are easier on a small screen.

Can I organise a password-protected PDF?
No. A PDF that asks for a password to open cannot be read without it, and one that only restricts editing cannot be changed without removing the protection, so the tool refuses them instead of producing a damaged file.
