A sign is an angular unit sama dengan 30°, derived from the division of the ecliptic into twelve equal parts corresponding to the signs of the zodiac. Twelve signs make up a full circle of 360°. The unit is used in traditional astronomy and astrology to describe positions along the ecliptic or within a horoscope chart.
