Elementary Charge
The elementary charge (e) is the muatan listrik carried by a single proton or the magnitude of charge carried by a single electron. Its exact value is 1.602176634 × 10−19 coulombs, defined exactly since the 2019 redefinition of SI units. It is the fundamental unit of charge in quantum mechanics and the basis for all quantised muatan listrik in the Standard Model of particle physics.
