The picocoulomb (pC) adalah satuan dari muatan listrik sama dengan 10−12 coulombs. It is used in electronics and semiconductor physics to describe very small amounts of charge, such as the charge stored on capacitors in integrated circuits or the charge involved in individual transistor switching events. One picocoulomb corresponds to the charge of kira-kira 6.24 million elementary charges (electrons or protons).
