The International Table calorie (simbol: calIT) adalah satuan dari energy sama dengan 4.1868 joules, defined by the International Steam Table convention adopted in 1956. It is used in thermodynamics and engineering heat transfer calculations where consistency with steam table data is required. One cal (IT) is slightly larger than the thermochemical calorie (4.184 J).
