CSV to PDF Converter: Print a Table
Convert a CSV file to a printable PDF table, with the header repeated on every page, wrapped cells, numbers aligned to the right and automatic orientation.
What it does
A CSV file is a table saved as plain text, one row per line with the values separated by commas or semicolons. Opened directly it is hard to read or print. This tool lays it out as a real table on PDF pages: it measures the columns, wraps long cells, aligns numbers to the right, repeats the header on every page and turns the page sideways when there are many columns.
How to use it
- Open a .csv file or paste the data.
- Check the separator and the header option, and choose the size, page and orientation.
- Click Convert to PDF and download the table.
Frequently asked questions
How do I print a CSV file with the header on every page?
Keep The first row is a header ticked: the first row is drawn in bold at the top of every page of the PDF, so a 500-row table stays readable on paper.
My CSV uses semicolons. Will it work?
Yes. The separator is detected automatically (comma, semicolon, tab or vertical bar), as in files exported by Excel in countries that use a decimal comma. You can also choose it yourself.
What happens with many columns?
With automatic orientation the page turns to landscape when the columns do not fit upright, and wide columns share the space and wrap their text. A smaller font size fits more.
