World Clock
See the current time in several cities at a glance. Each clock shows the date, how many hours it is ahead of or behind you and whether daylight saving time is in effect. Add any city or time zone, switch to full screen, and share the list with a link.
How to use it
- Your local time is shown at the top, taken from your device.
- Type a city, country or abbreviation (EST, CET, IST…) in the box to add a clock; click ✕ to remove one.
- Use full screen to keep the clocks on a monitor, or copy the link to share the same list.
Frequently asked questions
Does the world clock adjust for daylight saving time?
Yes. The times come from the time zone database built into your browser, the same one used by operating systems, so daylight saving changes are applied automatically on the right dates in each country.
Why are some cities 30 or 45 minutes apart?
Not every time zone is a whole number of hours from UTC. India uses UTC+5:30, Nepal UTC+5:45 and parts of Australia UTC+9:30, so their difference to you can include half or three quarters of an hour.
Is my list of cities saved?
Yes, in this browser only: the next time you open the page your clocks are still there. A shared link opens with the cities of whoever sent it.
