Pascal Second

The pascal second (Pa·s) is the SI unit of dynamic viscosity. It measures a fluid's resistance to deformation under shear stress. Water has a dynamic viscosity of about 1 mPa·s (1 centipoise) at 20°C, while honey is approximately 2–10 Pa·s.

Dyne Second/Sq. Centimeter

The dyne second per square centimetre (dyn·s/cm²) is the CGS definition of the poise. One dyn·s/cm² equals one poise (0.1 Pa·s). It expresses the same physical quantity as the poise using CGS force and area units.
