Cab (Biblical)

The kab (or cab) was a small Hebrew unit of dry and liquid capacity, approximately 1.22 liters, equal to one-eighteenth of an ephah. It is mentioned only once in the Hebrew Bible (2 Kings 6:25) in the context of a famine siege, when a kab of dove's dung was sold at a high price.

Liter

The litre (British and Commonwealth spelling) or liter (American spelling) (SI symbols L and l, other symbol used: ) is a non-SI unit of volume. It is equal to 1 cubic decimetre (dm 3), 1000 cubic centimetres (cm 3) or 0.001 cubic metre. A cubic decimetre (or litre) occupies a volume of 10 cm × 10 cm × 10 cm (see figure) and is thus equal to one-thousandth of a cubic metre.
