What it does
A watermark marks a photo as yours before you share it. This tool puts your name, website or logo on your pictures in the browser: in one of nine positions or repeated diagonally across the whole image, which is much harder to crop or remove. Size and margin follow the width of each image, so the same settings work on a vertical phone photo and on a wide landscape. You can watermark many images at once and download them in a single zip file. Your photos are never uploaded.

Frequently asked questions
Which watermark is hardest to remove?
A watermark repeated across the whole image, semi-transparent and rotated. A small mark in a corner can be cropped off in seconds.
What opacity should I use?
Between 20% and 40% keeps the photo visible while the mark is still easy to read. For a logo in a corner, 60% to 80% is common.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. The images are processed by your browser and the zip is made on your device.
Does it keep the original resolution?
Yes. Each image keeps its size; JPG photos are saved as high-quality JPG and PNG images stay PNG, with transparency.
